SERVICE IN ACTION

Éduc’alcool and the Institut du tourisme et d’hôtellerie du Québec (ITHQ) offer Service in Action, a training program designed for the owners and managers of licensed establishments and their employees. Service in Action offers information about professional responsibility and legal liability, and helps people recognize and deal with patrons who drink too much.
