Relevant Governance Experience

Extensive governance experience acquired through service on numerous boards of directors of healthcare institutions, foundations, research centres, and private-sector organizations. Significant leadership experience as a senior executive within academic healthcare institutions and as Deputy Minister of Health and Social Services.

Throughout my career, I have served on approximately 30 boards of directors, including those of the CHUM, CIUSSS de l’Est-de-l’Île-de-Montréal, Charles-Le Moyne Hospital, the Montérégie Health and Social Services Agency, the University Assembly of the Université de Sherbrooke, La Capitale Insurance, the McPeak-Sirois Breast Cancer Group, the RUISSS networks of the Universités de Montréal, McGill and Sherbrooke, CSSS Haut-Richelieu-Rouville, the Health and Social Services Negotiation Council, SQI, SOGIQUE, Sigma Santé Purchasing Group, Urgences-santé Corporation, the Association of Healthcare CEOs of Quebec, the HMR Cancer Immunotherapy Commercialization Centre, the HMR Centre of Excellence in Cell Therapy Management Corporation, and numerous healthcare foundations.

I currently serve as Vice-Chair of the Board of the Montreal Clinical Research Institute (IRCM) and as Director and Chair of the Human Resources Committee of the Société du Parc automobile du Québec.

Community, social, or sector-related involvement
I founded the Maison des soins palliatifs de Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu. I have also acted as a caregiver for several members of my family.
