Senior Communications and Digital Marketing Lead

A creative and meticulous strategist, Julie Blaudin de Thé leads Éduc’alcool’s digital presence across all its platforms. She leverages her analytical mindset and mastery of digital ecosystems to ensure brand coherence and the relevance of communications. Energetic and curious, she brings Éduc’alcool’s mission to life by highlighting partnerships and initiatives that promote responsible alcohol consumption.

With nearly ten years of experience in the wine and spirits industry, she has a strong understanding of the sector’s realities and challenges, helping position Éduc’alcool as a credible and influential partner in awareness-building.

For more than fifteen years, she has also been actively involved in her community, working with young people and in the education sector as a facilitator and team manager.

Curious and committed, she helps bring Éduc’alcool’s mission to life by promoting partnerships and initiatives that advance responsible alcohol consumption across Québec society.


Sarah Cancino

Communications and Administration Coordinator

A communications professional with nearly
seven years of experience, Sarah Cancino
works at the intersection of strategy, creativity,
and project management.
With a background in integrated campaigns
within the wine and spirits sector, she has
developed expertise in public relations, media
advertising, and social media management. She stands out for her ability to coordinate
projects and turn ideas into concrete actions with both rigor and creativity.

A graduate in Communications and Political Science from the Université de Montréal, she is
particularly interested in international and societal issues, which inform and enrich her
approach to communications.


Maude Gendron

Business Development and Partnerships Lead

A passionate manager with over 10 years of experience across various business sectors, including wine importation, she brings a strong aptitude for strategic analysis, project management, and business development.

Her analytical mindset, negotiation skills, leadership, and creativity enable her to actively contribute to the development and execution of Éduc’alcool’s growth strategies.

Holding a BBA, a graduate diploma in marketing, and a certification in sommellerie, Maude Gendron brings a rich combination of interests, knowledge, and experience. She is well equipped to build strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, helping to advance Éduc’alcool’s mission and support its strategic development.

Passionate about the arts, design, and public health issues, she is actively involved in various causes, with a particular focus on homelessness, an increasingly visible reality in our metropolis.


Christine Stich, Ph.D.

Scientific Advisor

Christine Stich brings over 20 years of experience in research, public health, health promotion, and prevention to Éduc’alcool. She holds a PhD in psychology and has held a range of roles throughout her career, including research, university teaching, consulting, and leadership positions.

She has worked on a variety of health behavior issues, particularly in knowledge translation, program evaluation, and tobacco control, developing a strong ability to bridge the gap between evidence and action.

Recognized for her rigor, sound judgment, and ability to synthesize complex information, she helps strengthen the quality of the organization’s content, thinking, and collaborations. Her career reflects a sustained commitment to credible, nuanced, and practical approaches that support more informed choices around alcohol.
